Today first day warded. Nurse check blood pressure abit high dunno why. Few day ago with several doctor check it was ok. Dunno why today high on top of that my sugar lvl also high at 10.
Not a very friendly day to start the first.
Now it give more reason for me to be more health conscious...
Nurse take my blood to test and compare cholesterol and sugar level for today and tomorrow...
For now i need to rest and let go my daily routine. That is to forget work and focus on recovery..
