Still scare to move around as the surgery wound show some bleeding on 8th may for dressing change..
Got to start moving to keep my body active and not gaining weight so much..
Already i'm eating 2/3 of normal portion. Need to reduce more and eat healthier food.
Started to take manuka honey this morning and will continue taking it every morning as supplements for my body.
Feel wierd after second dressing change. Left foot pain when in wrong position and warm and spiking sensation at the hip area.. But it all gone when reposition the cast.
Hope nothing serious..
I guess it about time to start giving life to my dull daily routine. As for now i'm getting comfortable with the heavy cast and the pain slowly getting away.
Need thing to focus on and do thing normally cannot wait till next cast change..
During this few day i almost fall few time and bang my left leg couple of time. Hope it the sugery wound not affected.
I got to be carefull to ensure speedy recovery...
Not easy... It take lot of energy..

I can only walk few feet at the moment. Maybe after changingto second casting for my leg on 13 may, i will aggressively train my arm and right leg to have more stamina and able to go distance.
At the moment need to make sure the surgery wound intact and free from infection. To many movement might cut open the wound exposing to infections.
11 days since...
On sunday 28th, 3rd day after sugery specialist decide to cast my leg after they happy to see my sugery wound look healthy.
Bad news is they cast my leg untill my tight which reduced or restricted my movement by 80-90%.
I struggle to use crutches and moving around as the cast make my leg heavy and at foward position.
Maybe this is for my own good the restriction is to ensure reduction in tendon achilles muscle movement and giving chance for it to recuperate and heal.
Life move on.. :-)
Yesterday 29th i was discharged after they make a hole at my leg cast to expose the sugery section, so it will be easy to clean and check the sugery wound.
Today i feel different, sort of missing the hospital environment with regular checkup, doctors visiting, timely meal and other patient in the same room which includes several teenages changes patient in bed 22.
Bed 21 teenager name fakrul with right leg damage due to motorcycle accident, bed 21 mr Suhairi a 50 years old patient adminted n transfer from ipoh hospital with tight infection. A government people level SU, i think SU batu gajah perak.
I pray they will recover fast maybe we will see each other again in future.
On Friday the surgery goes well start at 10am finish around 1230pm. The surgeon decide to do block anesthetic instead of spinal anesthetic. Block anesthetic only focus to numb my left leg instead of lower body part if using spinal anesthetic.
After the sugery my leg numb until midnight. Then the pain jump in it was a painfull saturday even with painkiller the pain unbearable.
Today the pain still not gone.. Hope it gradually decrease..
